About the Camp:
Josiah Fletcher was a talented young bass player who tragically passed away in the second semester of his senior year at Pittsburg High School. Josiah was planning on attending university to advance his musical abilities and further his knowledge of jazz. One of Josiah’s great passions was making music with others and meeting new people through that pursuit. We at the Josiah Fletcher Foundation believe that hosting a jazz camp is the best way to honor him.
